About our Staff

All of our Care Support Workers receive comprehensive, thorough training enabling them to achieve the highest of standards in their work. This training continues throughout their employment and we encourage our staff to progress with their knowledge offering additional training in the areas in which they may have a specific interest. For example, Dementia care, end of life care or working with children and young people.

Our Dedicated staff love their work and their experience and training means they understand the needs required by both the Carer and the person they are caring for and take pleasure fitting into family life.

All staff are required to complete full Criminal Record Bureau checks before they can commence working. Two references are also taken up.
